As many of you can see, we’ve fallen a bit behind on the queue. There are many sites waiting to reviewed (some have been waiting over two months–we apologize sincerely!) and as a result we’re looking to find more reviewers able to help us tackle the “No Preference” queue. You can apply to be either a permanent staffer or a part-time, permanent staffers get their own queue and part-timers only write for the “No Preference” queue. Your need for being linked is clearly obsessive. I realize that this may very well offend you, nevertheless that’s what all those buttons, which blink/move every which way, “tell me”. On top of that you have an image as an enter link plus a text, should the image not work. You don’t need the text, if you specify the alternate text (alt attribute) for the image. In that case if the image doesn’t show up, the alternate text will. I was going to ask why you had a splash page, because displaying 31 image buttons on the splash page only serves to alienate the majority of your visitors (not to mention confuse).

Before I comment on the design of your site, let me just say your font is tiny. Please, for everyone’s sake, make your font size a minimum of 12px. This also applies to all of the headers in your sidebar. Moving on. I do really like your presentation, very clean cut and geometrically sound. Having a brown layout is a very rare thing, and I think you pulled it off quite well. I am not sure whether or not you drew the main drawing or not, but if it is anime I think you should be aware of the copyright violation you’re making by using someone else’s copyrighted artwork for your own means without written consent.
