FAQ
This is a handy little reference guide for all you confused folks.
Can I submit for a re-review?
Well, I don’t see a good argument against it! We’re here to help, and if you have made major changes in all three key areas, we’ll be more than happy to look over your site once-more. This is encouraged for people who scored 0-1 stars.
Do I have to link you?
While a link is much appreciated, it’s not required. Not having a link up will not affect the outcome of your review.
I got my review back and I still need some extra help fixing my site. What should I do?
Use the handy dandy contact form to your right. Our staff members are here to help, shoot one of us an e-mail and we’ll try to help you with your problem! Feel free to let us know if you need clarification, extra help, etc.
How does priority work in the queue?
Priority goes first to the people who specifically requested a review, and then to the people in the “No Preference” line. If you took the time to read up on us and figure out which reviewer would better suit you, you’ll get your review quicker1.
I submitted my site a week ago and I’m still not in the queue!
This could be a result of your site not loading when we checked it before placing it in the queue, or it could be we simply never received your submission! Try re-submitting and if that doesn’t work, e-mail us.
I posted a comment on my review, but it hasn’t shown up. Why?
A lot of the site’s comments go through on the first try. However, WP moderates some, and still others get put into Akismet spam. Don’t worry, we check regularly to make sure all your comments are getting through. No need to post a few comments because you weren’t sure if the form was working.
